Electronics production requires a well-organized and maintained production site and equipment. Facility control is achieved by following respective procedures: ESD, micro-climate, facility access, information access control and equipment maintenance.
Electronic discharges are dangerous to sensitive electronic devices and could cause irreparable damage during manufacture. Therefore, we pay special attention and investments to ESD protection. Our electronics manufacturing facilities meet all ESD safety requirements (floors, workplaces, clothing and footwear, packaging, grounding inspection equipment).
At ESEMDA we mark all unique units/packages with coded stickers. Due to this, we capture all movements, receipts, shipments and sequences at all stages of electronics production within the company. The traceability information is constantly updated in our business management system. Therefore, it allows us to reduce the risks of human errors.
